Great customer service. Amazing experience working with this law-firm. This law office is one of a great ones and has offered one of great service. Since, we end up calling many within houston and harris county. Their office has represented our case. For our situation, we had a valid claim and was willing to represent our case. As a matter of fact, this was the only law-firm listened to our situation on what we had to say about our case, several (we end up calling up to 20 to 30) did not want to get into details of a case, for our given situation. We had a valid claim. Many times, average people (consumer or client) may think there is a case. But, from attorney (legal) standpoint, there has to be a case. PLUS As it does for every other profession (such as doctors, etc), Attorneys prefer to deal with only valid cases that works for them, so, they are generally cautious of their time on unnecessary things, if they feel that it may not be a valid case to pursue for them. PLUS Calling right attorney with right preparation make them interest to your case, as long as you are prepared for it.
