Working with them was such a great experience because youre not just a “case” for them. They take the time, to speak with you and give a more personal touch. Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with this law firm. They were quick and responsive at the very beginning. This July 2024 will be 2 years since my accident. I’ve had little to no update other than the auto response that comes through with the same message. I understand that I’m not the only client the firm has, but some communication as to what the status is would be greatly appreciated. A good portion of the time wasted was due to medical record they were unable to get. I took the initiative to pay and get the medical records and sent them over the firm. I see a lot of positive reviews when it comes to timing and settlement. To say the least this has not been my experience. Not to mention I referred 2 potential clients at the beginning because of the promptness at the start of my case. Very disappointed.

The whole team makes you feel apart of the family and they genuinely care about your well being. The outcome of my settlement was more than I was expecting. I am really grateful with the Crash team they did a great job working with me on my case and communicating with me every time. I definitely recommend them if you ever need someone to help you with a case. I feel that Atterney Aaron Galvan did really good representing me with everything I needed.
