I had an appointment of 30mins for a quick Q&A with a lawyer. It felt very unprofesional and lack of information. When I tried to provide more documentation. She was negligent that it was not related of the information she need it. I was the person who proposed the different options that I knew I had. She proposed none. When I was talking about my partner possibilities for immigration and it was the same situation of not willing to receive information. I will not we willing to put my trust in this firm

Wish Karla would return my call. She says they need more information to file the application but when we ask her what it is they need so we can do our part in getting needed information, her answer is always let me talk to the legal team and then never calls us back. We understand my husband's caseight be harder thenost, but to be left in the dark is frustrating.
